Due to COVID-19 we have implemented the following changes:
Touchless payment is available -just ask the front desk and you will be emailed a link to process your secure credit card payment or bank transfer online through Quickbooks.
Please use hand sanitizer (provided) upon entry to the clinic.
We are open in a limited capacity. Our treatment tables and chairs are spaced a minimum of 2.5 meters apart.
Our air purifiers by Austin Air are located in each treatment room and they are running continuously. Disinfection of all surfaces in the treatment area as well as high-touchpoint surfaces throughout the clinic will be provided between each patient, and a deep cleaning of the clinic will be performed at the end of each acupuncture shift.
Please come dressed appropriately in clothes that can be rolled up to the knees and elbows. For the time being we are unable to provide blankets, but we have heat lamps or space heaters available upon request.
We have moved to a masks optional policy in the treatment rooms. Patients may request that masks are worn by staff members in their presence.
Colds/Flu/Respiratory Illness:
If you have a cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat, loss of sense of taste or smell, diarrhea, or other cold and flu symptoms please do not show up to the clinic, but call 802-657-3700 instead. This is in the interest of the health and safety of all patients. If you cancel a regularly scheduled appointment due to illness you will not be penalized.
If you have recently recovered from COVID19, you may return to the clinic as long as it has been a minimum of 10 days since the onset of symptoms, and there has not been a fever present in the past 24 hours. If you have any symptoms remaining, we will ask for two negative COVID tests taken at least 24 hours apart as well.
Cancellation Policy:
Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There is a $50 missed appointment fee.
